Keep your eye peeled for those "I buy cheap houses" signs.

Then use an addendum and list the legal descriptions.But, that puts all the properties under one contract and if you're peeling off deals to different buyers as you find them, assigning contracts, you need separate contracts!

I would take a broom and do a broom finish as I went, kept doing the entire sidewalk, all the time I was certain it would peel, chip and look like crap, but what do i have to loose. 

Currently laminate floor and its peeling off.- A lot of laminate floor throughout the house- Some leak from 2nd floor to 1st floor.- Outside cedar shingle siding peeling off.

Taking pills in this country is a huge problem as people are masking the pain and not getting to the root of the issue because they do not want to face it.

The paint is also bubbling and peeling in the spot as well.

It masks the pain of a current headache & allows one to mentally cope with a less than stellar decision.  

Since this is an 18 year old home, I would prefer to get all the baseboards done.v) Laminate from the kitchen counter tops is peeling and can either be changed for new laminate or completely replaced with granite, tile or other material.vi) The home has not been updated (besides the common bathroom) and I can update it to the extent that my budget allows or to my liking.Also note, the A/C unit and the roofing (not only shingles, but the whole roof) was installed new in 2004.The owner thinks that I can get this completed within a budget of $30k.  

While peeling up stick-on tiles stuck to the concrete slab on an addition to my recently purchased house, I uncovered a 2' square hole peeking out from a wall.

I honestly don't know what it was made of but it popped up without much fight like old peel and stick where the adhesive was gone.
