I was wondering if there are any limitations to getting a 2nd FHA loan as far as what value the 2nd house is compared to the first one.

i dont know anything really about Texas market other than there has been a big building boom and houses can be built very cheaply there compared to other areas of the country.

House hacking will be a risk-averse investment strategy compared to implementing the BRRRR method.
