Hey guys = should invest in the protection plans offered on new appliances or forgo them?

For many years I've simply 'built in' the cost of laundry into the rent and used cheap, easy to repair, classic machines you can buy off CL for a song.

Duplexes do appear in Millcreek though they're semi-rare - there's one I kind of regret not buying but I bought a duplex on the border of Millcreek/Erie for a song so it worked out. 

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I've been here for going on 5 years. 

I downloaded the file. put the songs on itunes but they won't play on apple music on my phone.
