These two things are both major red flags and almost certainly a scam or a badly run business that will certainly default.

Do you have time to devote to finding deals and being an investor.

I devote at least an hour to two hours a day working on some aspect of my business either through personal development or real estate education.  

So, I got around $8K net before benefits.8% is not a withdrawal - it's the ROI.Working people prefer to have a life than devote their time to bargain hunting.

Hey guys just wanted to share that there is a scam going on in NW Houston and probably elsewhere.

But because so few beginners can, there is a whole industry devoted to getting you to sign up for no-money-down access to rivers of magical dollars. $1000+ fees later, they usually still hold all the cards and can refuse to fund deals that they don't like the look of or if they don't have the funds from your end Buyer in escrow! 

They will contact the attorney.Im not happy because I know this is a "scam".

Except the Free Prescription and Amazon/eBay, the rest are full of scams.

I am a new landlord and rented my property 1x so far for 6 months to someone I know and work with that did not turn out well at all - I was completely scammed I convinced him into leaving my property without going through the eviction process and he took care of the house as in keeping it in good condition.
