Would anyone have any interest in a monthly breakfast/coffee meetup for private lenders and those buying/investing in notes?

The kind of coffee  grown, and the grade which will be produced.

There is no coffee shop within walking distance and very little commercial properties within walking distance.Not sure if its a pro/con but we are across the street from a large park with a public swimming pool.

The ones with critical mass - Orlando is always going to be an 800 lb gorilla. 

You will have to let them know that their buyer will have to sign an assignment because they will send you a Florida Farbar which won't make sense for you.So you have to make sure you communicate with the agent that it will be an assignment of contract.

Sometimes there can be an allonge with a CFD but not always.

It will be an overkill in the beginning to set it all up but it will save you lot of time on an ongoing basis.

One of them can either be a second living room or could be a home office, another could be a dining room or could be an office, or used for something else.

It could be an easy fix like this or a bigger problem depending on the factors at play (are the joists accessible, will it mess anything else up if you just jack it up and reinforce, is there water damage or structural damage to the foundation causing the sag instead of just old joists, anything else going on like a supporting wall or posts under the floor, wiring or plumbing runs involved etc.).
