Contractors says it has to be be completed with 14/3 wire on a 15-amp circuit.

Be around 'old guys' at diners in the morning or at senior circuits at the gym. 

Just wondering if anyone has a ballpark estimate, regarding the cost of installing a fuse panel/circuit breaker.

- With that many breakers I can't believe its not at least 100 amps.

Hi allI am in the process of buying my first home and I'm doing it from 6000 miles away :)The house is located in Jacksonville and built in 1949 and sell after rehabI received very lengthy inspection report and my concern is regarding damage caused by WDOWood decay fungi in the several doors and windows frames and in sub floor and subterranean termite damage in one corner in crawling space How severe is it (is it a deal breaker?)

I got a estimate from a friend of a friends electrician, and he came in at $2400 for adding 10-15 outlets, 4 or 5 lights, and adding 3 or 4 circuits.

They insisted on using their own title company which I would be OK with normally but when we suggested to use our own, we were told that would be a deal breaker.

. $35 isn't a deal breaker and tenants know they are going to have to pay it.
