Hi allI am in the process of buying my first home and I'm doing it from 6000 miles away :)The house is located in Jacksonville and built in 1949 and sell after rehabI received very lengthy inspection report and my concern is regarding damage caused by WDOWood decay fungi in the several doors and windows frames and in sub floor and subterranean termite damage in one corner in crawling space How severe is it (is it a deal breaker?)
