Every living room has a theme, it can guy action movies, rock and roll, labrador retrievers, duck hunting, deer hunting, bodybuilding, western movies, etc. 

These resort communities include clubhouses with concierge service, shuttle service to the primary attractions, splashpads, movie theaters, arcades, etc.

Recently, the movie “The Big Short” was on.

If you assume a 4 bedroom cabin that's ~2,500 sq ft, that's what I went off of.OpEx includes utilities, WiFi, property maintenance, household supplies, furniture replacement when worn out, fixing broken appliance, fixing amenities that break (hot tubs, game room, movie theater, etc), CapEx issues such as Roof, HVAC, Water heater, etc.

Liability reasons, for example if they download an illegal movie or "questionable content" YOU could be on the hook for it!  

They were just way out of touch with reality.If it was possible I would call up Doc from (Back To The Future) movie and hop in the Delorean with the flux capacitor and travel back and make it happen.......... : )Many brokers or agents are SCARED of telling people that call them like it is.

You younger people just watch the movie Reality Bites (starring Winona Ryder - long before Stranger Things).

The movie business has gotten so big here, I would think there may be some opportunities for you there especially if the rental is in a walkable area.
