Hiding it somewhat was that it ebbed and flowed with the fortunes of the auto industry.  

The average startup costs for me was in the 15k range.  

Many reasons: to encourage/discourage certain economic behavior, to appease a certain industry lobby or some fellow lawmakers or even sometimes a private individual, to buy votes, to balance economic effects of a new law, as well as simply out of incompetence of our lawmakers.

Hey Lamar, great to meet you, I have recently ( last 2 years ) been working to break into the same industry, with some success. my advice, talk to sellers. you have a few choices when it comes to how you receive leads, you can do outbound, thats calling.

Coming from oil and gas and healthcare, we’re new to this industry but driven by the same values that guide us in life: family, hard work, and dedication.

There are already 3k properties in the market currently and the average occupancy has dropped almost 23% in the last 12 months.
