That might just be me though,  although it would still be my advice.I looked at your video several times because,  even though your staircase is a really appealing feature, there was something that I kept questioning and I finally figured it out - the railing.

@Jacob Nunn I like your plan and your idea to start with land to initially grow your income is appealing.

We also implement well designed and aesthetically pleasing homes within our forward thinking site plans, to ensure both people in the community and homeowners are happy.

So I think owner financing is an appealing option to them.I also have an interest in flipping.  

I make it more appealing by offering a refund at the end of the lease if there is no detectable pet-related wear and tear, including that which might be considered normal pet-related wear and tear.  

Of course, your property may be assessed way over its actual value, in which case you should appeal your assessment.

In some cases long term renting appeals to me.

Clint - I think what Jay is saying here is that the form and function of your question reveals that you do not yet have the intellectual worth which would make you appealing to money.

Now that I am about to rent it out, I wanted something that is appealing to as many people as possible.Property is located in South Florida in a class B neighborhood. 

The BRRRR strategy is very appealing; I'm looking to expand quickly and do exclusively buy-and-hold.
