We don't know you, we have no idea how you act under pressure, how much hair a sec8 tenant will have you pulling out or how thick you skin is.

@Dave Meyer, while I like the idea of this thread, I think there are a lot of nuances that go along with this.At surface level, I am in 4 syndications, 3 of the 4 are paused.  

I think it should appraise for at least 600k and think 650k is reasonable.It’s fully renovated and fully leased for $5,200/month.I’ve reached out to banks to see if I could use cross collateral to be my equity contribution but at least so far they’ve also wanted 10% cash.I’d like to avoid coming out of pocket with cash.I was wondering if you had creative ideas on how I might be able to get this financed 💗

Its also a good idea to build relationships with realtors, contractors, insurance agents, real estate attorneys, and property managers in your area so take advantage of events, conferences, and meetups.

I love the idea of financing land flipping since so few do it and I think it's the lowest bar to entry for investors who can hustle and are good with systems and calling (gold mine).

The idea of the property has a lot of potential.

From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement: "a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know" or as well "a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented. 

Is it a better idea to wait longer and build more equity and then pull out more money?
