Mayb ppeople think the market will recover quickly if the coronavirus goes away? 

obviously the faster we get reopened the faster we recover. 

Even if the market recovers, this summer may still see large losses as people focus on getting back to work and paying bills.

I could be wrong on this, but truly believe that ARV's of the past 6 months, need to be shaved by 5 - 10% moving forward.There WILL be buyers in the market no matter how the Economy is doing/ recovers.  

I had plans to increase over time to $750 but im going to keep rents stable for the next or two until we recover.

I hope it recovers and have some personal opinions on lockdowns that I won't share here. 

., although it can take a lot more time than we hope to recover. 

However I really don't think that will have a big impact on the overall numbers and because this is not likely to be drawn out too long most people will recover.

Even the houses I bought at the peak of market just before the market crash I was profitable because I was able to hold until the values recovered a few years later.
