We used it throughout our Lakehouse over old 3/4" thick pine wood floors, some 1" thick plywood & in many areas we had to shim the flooring to avoid 'voids' under the vinyl at various flooring transitions after we took out walls etc.

The law requires tenants to be given the booklet about lead paint safety which is available on the pine tree legal website and then the signed acknowledgment letter is kept in their files.
