I am active duty in the military, and have not missed any payments to my trustee in over 1 yr.

I don't know the area well but do know that military landlords in my military landlord Facebook group having been having trouble with NC area.

Something I haven't thought of yet.M husband works full time in the military and we are NOT wanting to purchase a large quantity of properties at this time.  

We have since purchased two homes as our primary residence, that have since become rental properties as we are a military family.We are looking to the future and how to diversify our investments for retirement and our children.  

I returned from Afghanistan in 2012 and exited the military in 2013.I went to college at the ripe age of 33 and began working in real estate.

@Nick DoriaI think this is a great idea as there are a TON of active duty military of all ranks and backgrounds, retired military, previous military members and military family members here on BP.  

Maybe someone else can comment on their experience in an area with a large military presence. 

Man, I have always had this thought that I wish there was a way to partner up with military guys to purchase homes VA. 

Any other military landlords want to chime in on if I'm missing anything or opinions?

We just closed on our 8th rental houses. 8 houses in 4.5 years at 28 and 30 with only one steady paycheck, one unpredictable paycheck (my paycheck varies depending on the job availabilities at our current duty stations) and a transient lifestyle being a military family.
