In my 15+ yrs in construction industry, I can assure you it doesn’t work like this.

If you look at 10-15 yrs then there might be a more noticeable spread.I wouldn't necessarily rule out PLG.

If the terms were payment over X-yrs +/- down payment +/- interest you’d determine the monthly payment and then subtract that from market rent and that would be the payment she’d give you each month.

Are these always limited to 15-yrs?

Should I go with the 1 year warranty option and just get another treatment done say after another 4-5 yrs?
