Hi Gary,Yes, it was an unusual situation.Unfortunately the program in Ontario has changed now, and the rates the government will pay for rooftop solar generated energy are less than half of when I signed my contract.I like that you're thinking of how to increase revenue from your properties in creative ways!

My realtor has concerns about the neighborhood (at boarder of Gary and Merrillville), but my property manager thinks it's no problem to rent it out for $1,200/month.  

I'm halfway through The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and it's great so far.
