There is ZERO upside to paying utilities at a SFR.... if its free to the tenant there is ZERO incentive for them to keep their use reasonable....If I didn't have to pay my utilities you can be damn sure I would have my AC on 70 degrees on ALL summer and the heat at 82 ALL winter

For example to become a licensed broker where I operate (Ohio) you need to go through government background checks, have worked in real estate as a sales agent under another broker for at least 2 years, have a college degree, have a physical store front with office hours, have done at least 40 transactions and much more that I can't think of off the top of my head right now.

Hello @Justin Thiesse:You want to make sure that fire truck can get in there and make the turns into the aisles (anything else but a semi will probably have a smaller turning radius).If you look online you should be able to find the dimensions or a graphic of a fire truck turning radius:So you want it to be able to make a 90 degree turn into your aisle and be able to get into and out of the property.
