I do not regret buying it, but in hindsight I would have bought a less expensive property.That said, we paid 7K for the lot premium.We were told there were no phases.Location Tucson, AZBuild time May-OctoberTotal cost of home+lot+upgrades= 204KMoney down: 20KIt is rented right now, and we may hang onto it.The rate is fixed for 30 years.They are now selling for around 230-260KHope this helps!
