Too often, I just hear people say they are "looking for a good deal", but defining that good deal in a specific area makes it much easier to spot. 

I do know one of the people who works for me has a 2 year work permit (temporary) and she and her husband were able to buy a place in Alberta.BC and ON are very tenant friendly.

Thank God the utilities weren't more expensive.So let's agree to disagree and count it as a lesson of doing business and picking the right people to be on your team!
