For that reason I think that markets with high “non-native” numbers tend to value agents who know what they are doing OR are cheap and innovative more than markets who are more “native” occupied.

I’ve used a good many of the integration solutions like iGMS, YourPorter, BookingAutomation, etc and most are leveraging your account login credentials directly to communicate on behalf of you, such that you can compose messages in their site, but send as if there were native communications inside of AirBnB.

its been that way in Oregon forever.. native Oregonians seem to think everyone from CA is a multi millionaire and will over pay for real estate..
