I know that it's not a new concept..and there are a lot of syndicators with many years of experience.. but it's funny there will be posters saying they invest in syndications..but they are actually syndicators themselves.

I did read about the concept of owner financing, but it seems like a difficult thing to do..I would think most sellers would not even consider something like that..How would you find people who would want to do that?
