Over the past few weeks, I’ve been reflecting on my future goals, particularly my path toward financial freedom.I’m 22 years old and just got my first credit card two weeks ago, so I don’t have a credit score yet.

In fact two week ago I tried reasoning with a brainwashed Pace Morby follower in these forums who stated he would  happily complete a seller finance deal for more than FMV value, effectively putting him under water if he could acquire the property without using any of his money and the property cash flowed.

The above efforts definitely helped and we thought we had the issue fixed, but the water is now smelling after the house has been vacant for a week or so.We plan to get the water tested for Sulfur, bacteria and iron.

One of the tenant’s lease expires on 10/24/24 in less than a week.

We plan to open reservations now for next summer (2025) and want to avoid the mid-week vacancies.  

They think it's unfair because they only shower once a week but can hear the upstairs neighbor showering twice daily.

These are just a few of the things we have come up with in the last few weeks thinking it through.

I am pushing hard for over a week to get a signature to extend the close by a mere 11 days.

A large tree fell during the storm last week and took the stairs out so the tenant has no way to access the unit until we can fix the power lines and remove the tree which we're working on.

Unfortunately, I lost both my father and a close mentor within the past six weeks, and each left me significant real estate and some cash/investments.
