To echo some sentiments from previous comments, it really depends on how long the property has been exposed to the market at its current asking price and what that asking price is.

REIA interviewed the real estate regulators in Ohio and the regulator's take was that if you didn't take ownership and your intention is to sell/pass on the property for a fee to someone other than yourself and you are not a licensed real estate agent you are probably in violation of Ohio law.Do you know if there is a similar law or sentiment in Colorado or in Arizona?
