@Todd Powell How ridiculous,  They are trying to boycott a restaurant in town because the owner doesn’t shy away from who they voted for President (I think we all know who that is!)  

Every 3 months I was on the phone with a lady that was assigned to me in the office of the president to force them to fix my service.

@Alan Bosca It is most likely the HOA President's son in law who patches and paints that wall so that explains the amount.
