The tenants do have ADT installed and are putting up more cameras.

We go with one camera per 6 units.

Photographs/VideoI have a DSLR Canon camera and I transfer those pictures/videos to my MacBook Pro (Mid 2010) and edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costI wrote much more about leveraging offshore assistants in this post here.

I have a good camera but I don't retouch anything.

We know who the culprit is and have put in a few police reports, installed fake cameras and security signs as deterrents.

My basket of skills includes building/upgrading electrical services, separating basement wiring from the upstairs for a suite, installing wired security and camera systems and removing knob and tube. 

Its going to be a lot of work to remove all my wired cameras, expansive smart home etc. 

I would want them also to run a camera down the water line as I been burned by that prior and rather pay extra now instead $$$$ later. 

You should have a plumber put a camera down the sewer to check for breaks in the line or if it is septic, have a septic inspection.
