there is a publication called Scottsman guide.. this will list a lot of the top lenders.keep in mind HML want to see some experience and skin in the game to get decent rates.

A common mistake I see is someone will list a space as rent is below market but actually for the box size of the space it is actually above market or market rent.How is the space positioned?

KW is around $100/month in fees, much of it for E & O insurance and the digital signature subscription.

lets say they have 1000 doors and like most then they are dealing with 25 to 50 turnovers a month.. so there you have that many emails  plus normal e mails coming in..

So I guess I’m just wondering if anyone out there has every done this kind of renting and what are the ups and downs to it and also do you ya e any tips for me.
