I take it the apology for any offense from the realtor wasn’t enough?

I will bring my tablet, can connect to my office PC if Columbus has internet and if I can figure out out my tablet turns on and am willing to show, discuss, exchange and drink until the first person falls on the floor (3 jokes and I don't drink).I almost never read nor answer private messages because I don't want to get started with committing to time that is short and I apologize. 

I’d probably just take half and move on personally but if you want to press the issue I’d send him a certified letter explaining your case and ask for the whole security deposit back minus the cleaning fee for what was left dirty, along with an apology for leaving it dirty.

I was thinking along the lines of a $100 Amazon gift card to apologize for the role I played in his week of inconvenience.
