Repairs usually come at the most invconvenient times and expecting them to expedite a repair so you are in compliance with habitability covenents is a losing battle.

In my opinion interventions that act against the basic concepts of supply and demand would in the long run cause more harm than good.

ITS THE SELLER that needs the Lawyer NOT the buyer  The seller has many ways to get harmed in these transactions.. 

Fortunately the GP kept a close eye on the books and nipped it in the bud before the damage was too extensive, but the harm that was done was done.

@Waylon Zook- In the middle of no where you are less likely to hurt/harm anyone else other than you.

As mentioned above read what you signed...whoever has purchase your loan, also has these docs and will enforce them if they believe it harms their investment.

We could take our 18 months left and make it 3 yrs, still get the house paid off soon, AND finally get in the habit of getting paid in this 10 yr old business that has so far paid almost nothing.
