Hey everyone, my name is Fabio (no, not the long haired one) and I'm originally from Honduras, but have lived in DC/MD for the past 12 years, so this is home now.

I'll just ask my hair brained question in the forums.However, the thought exercise of the apartment+car has lead to over $825/month of additional income for me.

I usually charge an additional  $ 50/month for a pet with a stipulation sometimes they have to have a professional clean the HVAC ductwork upon leaving (Pet hair).
