Many landlords who do their own painting like to use a Paint Stick:http://www.homedepot.com/p/HomeRight-PaintStick-5-Piece-Paint-Applicator-Kit-C800778/202760134I tried it once and it did make the painting go faster but the clean up was a pain (to me) and I gave it away.I also used to paint using "oopsie paint" (the stuff you buy cheap at the local Habitat for Humanity stores) or mix my own by tossing a bunch of paint into a five gallon container.

I doubt you would use more than 40 gallons of paint just based on the house Sq ft. 40 gallons at $50 = $2000We charge 3,600 a week for labor for a 2 guy crew.

Depending on what kind of sealant you already have in place makes a difference, but last time I looked Walmart ( or any big box store) had both black jack ( I LOVE THAT STUFF EVEN IF IT IS A COMPLETE MESS) or the white elastic stuff in 5 gallon buckets for like 75.00 to 100.00.

Each room is basically 10’ x 10’ with 8’ high walls.These costs includes 5 gallons of off-white flat paint, 1 gallon of ceiling paint, and 1 gallon of semi-gloss white for trim.
