Many landlords who do their own painting like to use a Paint Stick:http://www.homedepot.com/p/HomeRight-PaintStick-5-Piece-Paint-Applicator-Kit-C800778/202760134I tried it once and it did make the painting go faster but the clean up was a pain (to me) and I gave it away.I also used to paint using "oopsie paint" (the stuff you buy cheap at the local Habitat for Humanity stores) or mix my own by tossing a bunch of paint into a five gallon container.

I doubt you would use more than 40 gallons of paint just based on the house Sq ft. 40 gallons at $50 = $2000We charge 3,600 a week for labor for a 2 guy crew.

I understand keeping costs down is good but am okay with spending extra money to get things right from the start so an extra gallon of paint to make different door colors doesnt even cross my mind.

Also told her not to take any of the phone calls.At 7:00 AM I'm at Sutherlands, buying bucket, scrub brush, hose, 1 gallon exterior semi gloss.

Installation and connection of the system should not be a problem, but sizing the heater is turning out to be the difficult part.Presently, there are two 40 gallon water heaters that take (or once took) 35k BTU each.

I used the liquid shield with a gallon of water, i ran the machine until the gallon was gone, but i stopped running it prior to the gun running out of water.  

Depending on what kind of sealant you already have in place makes a difference, but last time I looked Walmart ( or any big box store) had  both black jack ( I LOVE THAT STUFF EVEN IF IT IS A COMPLETE MESS) or the white elastic stuff in 5 gallon buckets for like 75.00 to 100.00.

Each room is basically 10’ x 10’ with 8’ high walls.These costs includes 5 gallons of off-white flat paint, 1 gallon of ceiling paint, and 1 gallon of semi-gloss white for trim.

I currently have about 15 gallons of apple cider fermenting in my kitchen.
