I currently invest in Calgary CA, and interested in Mexico for the future. 

I'm interested in picking up a vacation rental or two in Mexico, most likely in Todos Santos or Los Cabos in the next year.

The problem is that none of these private Insurance companies has enough funds to cover a major hurricane, like Michael in 2018, that wiped out Mexico Beach in the Panhandle.
