In some spots, we work some places like sponsor themselves as private yoga teachers, or private chefs, etc., and it helps our str get a lot of business and a lot of those folks recommend our STRs. 

Consistency is the name of the game.I find myself needing to be reminded to crawl first all the time.

Also crossing any low spots you need a culvert ?? 

The advice above is spot on. 

I did a full rehab on an 800sq ft house 8 years ago and did too much of the work my self (electrical, plumbing, windows, flooring, floor joists.)The home has a basement under most and part is a crawl space.  

Risk- generally speaking you have to build out the vertical spot, whereas a drive up you can add buildings as needed. 

We ended that relationship in January.The only bright spot was their in-house maintenance and repair team.

Advice given by the other posts are spot on.

If you state you are the Premier or #1 home buyer and you are NOT on the #1 spot on Google and if it is not absolutely obvius you ARE the #1 buyer.. you are GIVING UP your credibility.

I'll need to make some renovations like finish my basement so I can make use of that as well and move laundry to a more central and convenient spot so it can be shared.
