Hi @Andres Piedra :In North Carolina, cost for filing an eviction is $126 for one person + $30 per each additional person.Once in court, you will be awarded possession of the property as well as any monies you requested at the time you filed (i.e., rent + late fees + court costs).

It then goes on to say that these will be consolidated but then says that it has award RPSC to VRM.

If she prevailed and got a court order awarding her the property, but didn't record it, that could explain the confusion.
