Just by googling 'buy a house in Nicaragua' I now found the cheapest SFH going for $44k on one of the brokers' websites, a lot of them in the hundreds of thousands USD. 

I also use a website called cozy.co to screen all of my potential tenants.

My website needs to be updated but those are the homes I got from 2016 to 2019.

 So if an agent is not strong in using social media, are there services they can outsource this task to?

I was interested in them a long time ago, and checked out their website, scheduled a call to discuss options, and everything sounded great. 

WE grab them at Sunday open houses or off our website.

I rely on the Fair Market rents on the HUD website, www.HUDuser.org and my rents are almost always above the median rents on that site. 

Any help is greatly appreciated, and I am also not looking to outsource to anyone, so thanks for wanting to inquire, but please provide some help alone if you have any**Also side note there is not even comps for long term rentals in the area either, I am a realtor and have never seen something like this, I even went years back to see. 

Pro tip: try to find the ones you like on Amazon, because ordering from Arcade1up's website involves hefty shipping costs.
