It is easier for me because I have basically the opposite of ADHD, but putting everything on Google Calendar and blocking out what you want to do each week usually starts to work wonders if someone sticks to it.

They provide detailed information on the property address, closing costs, all utilities, lawn care, capital expenditures, maintenance, property taxes, insurance, and more.

I wonder if rent control laws will be easing anytime soon in this city - other than capping rent prices, I don't think they do anything to help improve the quality of rentals.

I did not mean it to imply that I did not want to work or take the easy road but if the educators I look at are doing other things than what they teach, it has be wondering if going down that road is a waste of time since they are doing things other than what they say is all you need to do.
