In 2021 there were two competing ballot measures that the citizens of Denver voted on - one measure from open-space advocates that would "keep status quo" and continue to prevent WIP from developing this parcel, the second measure sponsored by the WIP themselves that would exempt the property from the current zoning restrictions. 

When I had arrived I found out that this guy had one truck, his own personal vehicle that doubled as his work vehicle.. and some personal tools.

But if you're able to figure it out and get it built, you can rent out the units and essentially BRRRR it and pull some/all of your equity out to repay your debts, yourself, and potentially keep the investment cycle going. 

I'd like to keep savings and be able to hire out some of the work (something we have not done in the past).My thoughts are to put both into an LLC and look for investors or a business loan, and purchase and move to a new home.

Keep one mailing address and opt to receive digital notice to one same email account that you monitor.

Granted this was on plots of land I didn't pay for, and that are already connected to the city's water and sewer, so there's a lot of savings there, but I'm hoping if it turns out to be this good of a deal I can still scoop up land and keep going
