The price to rent ratio is calculated by:Price to Rent Ratio = Average Property Price/Average Annual RentThe problem is Census only has median amounts but not average price and rent.Is it ok to use median instead of average in the beginning stage of research just to filter out markets?

I believe Ray is correct...once they turn the keys over, they have surrendered the property and all it contents.... you can do whatever you want with it.Abandonment laws are for when tenants just disappear and you don't get notified or keys etc..... at that stage you don't know what they are doing....they may show up again and wonder where all their stuff is....in hos cases, you have to store it etc.You spoke and witnessed the move out and got keys.... its back in your possession and you can do whatever you want

We don't plan on using the same business entity for our rental business.I asked them about portfolio lending and she got back to me with some responses that are positive but now I'm feeling kind of LOST because I'm still in the baby stages.
