Your contractors can be quick to label you an unreasonable ******* when you push them.  

If you're wholesaling this property be aware that this issue could be a hurdle for your buyers.

When you don't have the financial background to support a loan (and you've confirmed with the bank this is the ONLY hurdle left), go out and get a KP in the deal.

The second hurdle has been attitude toward landlords.

Some tenants are unreasonable though and so you have to trust your property manager.

Although, I could see a Judge not upholding them if the Judge felt the amount was unreasonable.

Investing in high crime areas doesn’t only pose risk to your properties but you may also face hurdles finding tenants.

Everyone, I do mean EVERYONE has a steady stream of hurdles, set-backs, heart breaks and heart aches.

Even if the law in our state allows declining a spouse with adverse action, I would not use it, in this case it seems unreasonable to ruin the opportunity for these folks, we only want to protect ourselves if the situation changes.
