I've just begun to get my feet wet in this area of investing, but am thrilled to have come across a site as informative and inviting as BiggerPockets.  

I have a contract that I got at a Rich Dad training that my attorney said looked good, but the realtor wasn't too thrilled about using it. 

We just remolded the kitchen (via an insurance covered slab leak incident) and I'm not thrilled with the way the kids are keeping it up...it's very high end; like a fool, I asked for the best of everything.

We are pretty thrilled to be here and continue investing. :) -Sara 

Don't get too far into it without considering that the SF neighbors aren't going to be thrilled about a triplex rental next door with six cars parked all over the place.
