Most landlords/tenants use it as it is pretty thorough.

(If it's a small claim, like $10,000, the PA probably won't spend too much time putting together a thorough scope of work.)- Ask the owner if they have a PA.

Though I didn't end up doing anything up there I found him to be competent and thorough.

Your average buyer is not informed enough on the cost benefit tradeoffs of these technologies to be able to perform a thorough analysis of the improvement, and so they won't perform it, and therefore the demand simply does not exist.  

Therefore, I want to let the community here know about a residential contractor I would never recommend.Let me start by saying I did my homework...checked him out thoroughly.

I’m not planning on buying anything else right away but want to take a year or two to thoroughly educate myself on how the market works, how to finance safely, how to find and recognize good deals and anything else that would help me make good choices when I get some money to invest.
