The bottom line is they told me where they could build it and then put it in a different spot without my approval and multiple attempts via voice call and email for them to cease and desist

Good evening, Does anyone have any experience cold calling with Google Voice?

Is it possible to send 1,000 voice mails and just get calls from people interested in selling their house?

Account ClosedI am very knowledgeable when it comes to multifamily (got kind of a tech savvy brain too) but really just don't have the same technical knowledge about cell towersWhen I google mapped the area, I did see some  open vacant land a few miles away being farmed (you can get that in south texas) there is always a chance somebody can sneak in a mono pole (its not a monster sized tower) The people in the single family houses are really good tools to keep competition off your block but just a few miles away, people's voices will not be a as strong

Also, any good contractor is so busy right now just taking care of his best repeat clients, that even if someone would send you a list you will make a lot of phone calls and leave a lot of voice messages without getting a call back.
