I don’t know of any other opportunity where you can net $10-20K (in some cases even higher) per month on a single residential property.There’s usually plenty of room to bring investors in and everyone involved still win, even in todays higher interest rate environment.Financially, residential assisted living is usually a more cost effective option for families than alternatives.

It must also be executed and acknowledged with the same formality as a property deed.So what got me to thinking about starting this thread is that all of my children are single, but I am thinking about helping them get started in their own business prior to them getting married.What I don’t want to see happen is someone marry them and then kick them to the curb and then want half of everything they worked for or I help them with.

At the time this method was best for us because we both had recently graduated from college and had over 100k in student loans and car debt. fast forward to now we completely DEBT FREE besides our home and we are looking to purchased our single family/forever home and keep our multi and rent it out.
