We are currently searching and analyzing properties on the market.My question is regarding "free" credit offers. 

When I search properties mainly in Punta Cana I always run into sites where condos are in development and have about 1 - 2 years till completion.

As far as the record goes, you can search the County Recorder for death certificates.

It checks all the boxes to be legal - 2 egresses, windows, 7' ceilings, bathroom, full kitchen, etc.
