Hello Mark, Jumping into real estate can seem scary right at the forefront; however, it can also be one of the most rewarding experiences not only financially but also emotionally and mentally.

Professional organizations should spend their expertise, time, and money to develop legal contracts with expensive attorneys and then just hand that over to you for free?

It's a thrilling and rewarding world, but it can also be overwhelming for newcomers.

Owning rental properties presents an excellent opportunity to build passive income streams and create long-term wealth through property appreciation and equity growth.Furthermore, to explore various avenues for investing in the real estate industry, including partnering with other investors. i am open to Collaborating with like-minded individuals which allows us to pool resources, share expertise, and pursue larger-scale projects.

And I guess that's the biggest thing, all the bloated over-head they executed BUT same time, transferred who get's the "reward".

You can of course do it yourself, but I think hiring expertise who has lots of experience talking to the appraisers, working for other investors, and potentially going in front of the board and potentially arbitrators is probably money well spent.

Consider getting direct expertise from insurance firms to better understand coverage variances.
