It's the number of bathrooms with toilets and showers.So we bought 2 houses on the same block, a 2 story and a 3 story.  15 real beds, 2 sofa beds, 6 bathrooms with showers and toilets, 4 washers, 5 dryers, 4 full refrigerators, 2 dorm fridges, 2 poker tables, 1 kegerator, 13 cable televisions, you get the idea.The above 2 houses rent out, but not that often.

hello i close on a duplex 11-16-2017 doing a lot of repair to the property , flooring , roof , gutters , windows , countertops bathroom and kitchen repair kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets , it need a new washer and dryer and stove and refrigerator , place lighting fixtures , anyway can i claim these on my taxes for a deductions .....p.s .I live on one side of the duplex .. and do anybody have a list of tax deduction items for rental property

He would go to the refrigerator, takes out a new water bottle, takes a sip, then leave it by a window, 30 minutes later, he comes back and takes another bottle, and at the end of the day, there would be six bottles of water still 90% full laying around in different places, two of them knocked over and spilled.Have you lent tools to someone you hired?

@Brie Schmidt I found the following under the Massachusetts general laws defining condos:''Common areas and facilities'' shall, except as otherwise provided or stipulated in the master deed, mean and include:—(1) The foundations, columns, girders, beams, supports, party walls, common walls, main walls, roofs, halls, corridors, lobbies, public stairs and stairways, fire escapes and entrances and exits of the building;(2) Installations of central services such as power, light, gas, hot and cold water, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and incinerating;(3) The elevators, tanks, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, ducts, and in general all apparatus and installations existing for common use;
