The HOA restrictions specifically say that "Pets must be kept in a manner that does not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of residents of other lots" and one of the terms of the lease is that the tenant abides by the HOA restrictions.How would you handle this if it continues after you warn the tenant, and the neighbor keeps complaining?

Even if my tenant is late with the rent, I still check in on them and make sure they are well and the house is in good condition, and a clean environment for them to raise their children there.
