However, what I might do, since I didn't really do that good of a job with communicating clear expectations on the front end, is reply somehow like: "I apologize that we didn't do a better job of communicating the scope of work that would ensue and the nature of future rent increases.

This is my first time here,I do apologize if something is not right with this post . unfortunately i did not grow up in a environment that taught me, the ins and outs of legal business and some of the financial tricks that im sure alot of you are very well versed in..long story short im a single father that has just started out on my own to build something i can leave to my daughter,and i need help from anyone that can offer me any kind of information or knowledge that can help me with my mission.I am  a registered (property management) llc in ohio.

After the back and forth, the last text he sent was, "Well I appreciate that, and I probably will move it if they don't, no fault of yours, just a different spot would be better, and there are plenty of spots over there where they can get to it, I apologize if it is ant inconvenience, I consider it rude that the city recommended putting a dumpster so close to somebody's door."
