Hope everyone enjoying Memorial Day weekend.

I don't enjoy the tedious repair work associated with my own home so I felt it didn't make sense for me to drive myself mad with repairs on rentals as well.

I enjoy reading different viewpoints in BP.

Still have that safe investment and maybe have to wait a little longer to enjoy that money while you make a some more long term.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife of 10 years, 8 year old daughter, 4 year old son, and Bernedoodle), strength training, and playing guitar.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

Also, net negative is ok right now as long as you are getting the enjoyment as @Tanner Lewis said.Think of it this way - uneven is the best option.

The benefit is that you get to enjoy your money along the way with some amazing tax write offs. 

Tenants are a gamble and so is court but you have a 5 year tenant that paid during covid when courts were closed so I’d give that some credit.  

Think long term and enjoy all the mailbox money.
