This also generates short term revenue, but it is pretty intensive, and (in my opinion) not the best strategy for par time investors that do not have a strong affinity with the industry (like for example that are already realtors, or contractors etc.) but that is an opinion.Then there are also investors who seek short term tax relief by buying a portfolio of properties that while not very profitable are in locations that will probably over time see a very nice growth in equity.
