@Brian Lewis If you only have $50k, you may not want to put it all in a syndication as these are more for wealth creation and protection than pure cash flow. 

I wouldn't even use interrogatories to get the information, I would use Requests for Production of Documents and just snag all of your creation documents.

They do great job on podcasts, I love listening to deep syndications, creation of IPO etcIf younger, I would create mammoth company, investors, the whole bitLet’s be careful to the average joe!!

That is what is primarily putting pressure on our area as job creation has been strong and we are tax friendly when compared to our friends in Oregon.

We have an SEC attorney that focused solely on doing PPM's, and work with a different attorney for entity creation, contract negotiations and closing help. 

This has led to the creation of a small group interested in real-estate that meets every week or two to help each other learn and motivate one another.

Not to mention the government revenue implications of higher property taxes, job creation, applying for federal grants tied to gentrification, etc.
