So, at no point will you be able to get a conventional loan with title in LLC.If you want a loan with title in LLC, then you will have to bite the bullet and get a portfolio loan.

Although more costly than a window air unit, mini-split units are much more energy efficient which will save money over the life of the unit.Advantages- More energy efficient than other cooling options leading to increased savings over time.- Offer higher level of functionality like timers and sleep functions to allow you to customize your desired temperature settings.- The loudest parts of the unit are located outside making mini splits quieter and .- More secure than window air conditioners not only regarding intruders but also dust and pests.- Many units are designed to both heat and cool allowing for year-round comfort.I hope help you my comment, or to anyone.

@Justin R.Can’t say I’ve had to deal with it personally but gifting or selling a part of a property comes with several implications: how to take title, right of lender to call the loan, right to partition, gift tax, property tax reassessment, capital gains, etc.Also, I’m not sure how accurate that link you attached is with regard to the current law but your 2 bullet summary above seems to leave out some other options.

What i accomplished in February:Started doing the maths on deals in my area and began to familiarise myself with various different aspects RE .Listened to 1 BP podcast a day in work continually learning.Went to the gym 3 day+ each week, (helps me with energy levels and concentration which has a positive knock-on effect on every area of my life)Where I fell shortCould have ran the numbers on more deals Plans for marchView more properties in my area to get a feel for the market.
